  Place the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included and intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Verification and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
